Sample Selection

We require one sample of each product for photography.
It is important to take care to provide us with samples that are in perfect condition…

Free from blemishes, label scuffs or tears and without visible glass seams, especially on the front of the bottle.
Labels should be straight and any text or logos on capsules or screwcaps correctly aligned.
Samples will only be returned if you include a prepaid courier voucher or consignment note when sending us your samples.

Post Processing & Editing

We will only edit or retouch images where we deem it necessary to provide the best product image possible and where you have authorised or instructed us to do so.

Please clearly indicate any specific minor editing or retouching instructions in the space provided.

Payment & Delivery

All prices are per product and exclude GST.
Payment is due on completion of work and files are delivered on receipt of payment.
We accept payment by internet banking, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & PayPal.
All credit card & PayPal transactions attract a three-and-a-half (3.5) percent bank fee surcharge.

Authorise Capsule Alignment	We strongly recommend this option if your capsules are printed - we align print and text with labelling, usually requiring several image captures with post-process retouching, to make sure branding is centred on the capsule and sharply focussed.

When your images are ready, we send image proofs along with our invoice. Payment is due on completion of work and finished files are delivered on receipt of payment.
